Declaration: I agree to abide by the rule, regulation, and code of discipline of the school and to accept all decision of the School Management regarding my ward, including his/her selection, promotion to higher classes, as final. I also confirm that all information given herein are true to the best of my knowledge, that no information, relevant to the admission, has been omitted intentionally, and that, in case this statement is found to be false, the admission will be liable to be treated as cancelled.
I also confirm that in case after admission of my ward I decide to withdraw is/are voluntarily from the school for any reason whatsoever, even before he/she attend the classes, I shall not claim refund of the fee paid by me, or any portion thereof.
